Yesterday, I was reflecting on my relationship with God now and where it was before the race and I can say that I am closer to God today than I have ever been.

Before, I knew God but He was more of an aquaintance. He was someone I hung out with every-so-often. We talked and I knew Him just a bit but I didn't strive to know Him more. I found praying, quiet time and reading my Bible more of a chore.
Now, I look forward to spending time with God... just Him and me!
Well, yesterday I was having a bad day. It was a day filled with confusion and stress and all I wanted to do was lay on my bed and cry. But I went out and did some ministry and during a break in the middle, Amanda and I went to a cute tea house. At the tea house, I went up the stairs to spend some time alone in The Word.
God amazed me...
He shared with me His promises and His truths... And in that moment... just Him and me... I felt His love embrace me!
I am in love! I am in love with my Savior!
Just checked my account. I am at $6,355. Please continue prayerfully consider supporting me. I know that it is a rough time for everyone with the economy and all but even the biggest amount you can give will make the biggest difference! The money isn't for me but to minister to people who may have never heard The Gospel before. I am just a vessel that God chose to use. But God chose some of you as well to be vessels through support.
